Indeed, navigating the labyrinthine bureaucracy and internal politics of feudal Japan was no less treacherous than the many hazards faced on the field of battle.
Effective communication, empathetic intuition, compromise negotiation, steadfast fastidiousness, and diplomatic assertiveness were just as essential for ancient samurai as they are for managers today in complex modern enterprises. Workshop Overview
